For our first trip to Egypt and Hurghada we didn’t really know what to expect, I booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor’s reviews ( tip : stick with review from people who had already many reviews on different properties don’t listen to a one off review), everybody said it’s the place to stay if you plan a trip to Hurghada and honestly it is. Being used to the comfort and highly quality service of properties in Dubai, our expectations are always set quite high when it comes to services and cleanliness, we landed in Hurghada around 3 AM (we chose to stop in Istanbul to have a direct flight to Hurghada with TK) our taxi was already waiting for us (booked through booking for around 6$ way chipper than the dodgy local taxis ) arrived at the hotel 10 mn later as the hotel is pretty close to the airport which is very convenient. The hotel manager had already sent us an email to make sure everything was arranged as I requested some special settings in our room for my wife’s birthday and indeed everything was arranged they even offered us to have some snacks as we had a long trip. Checked in , the room is just huge (we had a deluxe room with sea view, more like a side sea view but it’s the same for all the similar room in this hotel). Room super clean, the bed and the pillows were very comfy and most important the hotel was so quiet. As an adult only the hotel was busy but not crowded and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was top notch, always asking what can be done to make our stay perfect, we used to receive a call to our room every other day asking if everything’s ok or do we have any special request. The hotel got 4 restaurants: main buffet downstairs used for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a seafood /Arabic restaurant upstairs (just above the buffet one ) was our favorite as it everyday has a large choice of fish, seafood, fresh pasta and so on.

We were satisfied with the diverse selection of food, the enjoyable beach experience, and the quality of service provided across various outlets. We also appreciated the prompt and efficient response to our requests for assistance. Based on this positive experience, We would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and we look forward to returning in the future.

The staff, the property (room and pools, beaches, restaurants), the helpfulness of everyone at the hotel and the all inclusive aspect is definitely worth it

This resort offers an outdoor pool, a gym and a spa. The hotel has 2 main restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants: Turkish, Asian, Italian (opening subject to operation needs & seasonality). In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. Aguapark, Lunapark, the variety of foods, the shows at night, everything, the best resort I've visited so far.

Accommodations features spacious layouts, rich furnishings with air condition, flat screen satellite TV, bath or shower, private bathroom, minibar and many services and amenities with high standards of luxurious. The hotel was everything we wanted for our stay. What surprised us the most was the cleanlines of everything, not just the rooms. It shows age of the structure but everyrhing is well taken care of and not at all in bad shape. We stayed in the swim up suite and I can't recommend it highly enough. The adult only areas of the hotel are a godsend, we stuck to those as they were less crowded and less noisy. The teppanyaki and the egyptian restaurants were really good to eat at. The staff was also very nice to everyone When we requested a late check-out they gave it to us free of charge. The service in the a-la-carte and the pool restaurant was exceptional I have to say. All in all a great stay and we would visit again sometime.
