Our of all hotels I've stayed in Egypt I found their staff to be the best.

The entertainment was excellent, the rooms and the facilities were spacious, there was a heated pool and inside pool, the food was superb, the staff was polite and helpful, the property was extremely clean and well organized.

We upgraded to the execute suite and having our own private pool was amazing but in all honesty we didn’t really need it because the hotel pools were all great too. The food was incredible in all the restaurants we tried - but you must reserve at the non-buffet restaurants in advance. The hotel staff were exceptional and extremely friendly which made our stay even better. We will definitely come back in the future.

The pools, restaurants and rooms at this property are beautiful. Meticulously maintained, delicious food and excellent service.

Incredible stay and excellent service. After a long journey and a long Christmas marathon back home, we were ready for some quality time. This Resort was outstanding! We relaxed at the beach with coffee and snacks and walked through the garden until we hit different restaurants for the evening. Thank You to Hanna specially and the rest of the team!

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. This resort offers an outdoor pool, a gym and a spa. The hotel has 2 main restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants: Turkish, Asian, Italian (opening subject to operation needs & seasonality). In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. The staff was very friendly. A bus runs to the beach every 15 minutes; it is about 500 meters away from the accommodation, with access through the sister complex, where there are also restaurants and bars. Beautiful coral reef. Wide selection of cocktails (including non-alcoholic ones). The family room is very spacious. More than ten water slides, a wave pool, and two additional large pools.

Accommodations features spacious layouts, rich furnishings with air condition, flat screen satellite TV, bath or shower, private bathroom, minibar and many services and amenities with high standards of luxurious. Perfect hosting as usual. Not a first time. Definitely will be coming back. Reception guys are perfect, Michael and night shift-exceptional services, human attitude and a professional understanding of the clients needs!

All accommodation at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is air-conditioned and features a warm décor. Each room and suite includes a minibar, a satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and pool. Oh my goodness - what an amazing place! We were surprised by an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was fabulous and had an excellent view!! Lots of swimming pools, beach access easy, lots of loungers (although some hogging was observed). Food wonderful, service excellent. Beds massive and comfy. Awesome blackout curtains and quiet air conditioning. Lunchbox when we left was a pleasant surprise. We had such a fantastic time, and wished we could have stayed longer than we did! Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back at the Red Sea.

Diving and snorkelling facilities are provided for a fee. You can enjoy a sauna, hot tub or Turkish steam bath, or take a dip in the lagoon-shaped outdoor pool. You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. The staff was so friendly and always helpful, everyday made me smile... clean rooms, and lots of activities through out the day. I definitely recommend and hope to be back one day.
