Fantastic staff who did their best on every step to check on our big family and make sure each and every one of them is comfortable and happy. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. Beds are comfortable. There is variety of amenities to use, all the bars and restaurant serve very nice food. In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

The food was exceptional, all the staff was very welcoming and genuinely kind. Everyone strived to make this the best experience possible. There were lots of activities (pool, beach, jaccuzi, ping pong, tennis, basketball, soccer, evening programs with live music and dances and more activities) We really enjoyed our stay and will return for sure again.

Plus there's a great dive centre on-site. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in...and I've stayed in 100's.

The Makadi Spa Hotel - Couples Only 18 Years Plus offers some units with sea views, and the rooms are fitted with a balcony. Guest rooms will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. My girlfriend and I booked 4 nights in November in the Makadi Spa Hotel. The location, the food, the entertainment and the whole resort area was simply amazing. But what I really have to mention here is the exceptional friendly and helpful hotel employees! We felt welcomed and helped and supported all the time. Special thanks to Hana especially who also helped us all the time during our stay. He also supported us and gave us good advices for our trip to Cairo later on! I recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Great Team with great management, all good from you enter till you leave, check in, rooms, staff, level of services, animation team, availability of management all the time, all exceptional.

The hotel facilities are very-well maintained. I totally recommend this hotel if you want to have a luxurious and relaxing experience. The 7 nights I stayed at the Baron Palace were one of the best times I’ve ever experienced in travelling, we booked the Standard Room, super comfortable and ALWAYS very clean, and with an amazing view over the pool and the sea. The hotel facilities are beautiful , and the service is amazing - all team members served us in a memorable good way! Thanks to the reception staff, the super kind waiters at the Red Sea restaurant (they even remembered what we wanted to drink every time!), the pool staff that were also always making sure we had everything we needed (drinks, towels,…), the animation team always so smiley. We were really surprised, we didn’t expect to be so well taken care of. I recommend it highly.

The hotel is wide and spacious, which automatically adds to a more relaxed vibe because there's no concentration of high noise levels at any time. The bay inside the hotel is an amazing addition to the 'beach holiday' feeling you get. The pools and the gardens around them are super well kept, and overall, the hotel is very clean. The à la carte restaurants all have a unique theme, and the food there is amazing. We had a great steak at the Mediterranean restaurant, well-made chicken tikka and garlic naan at the Indian restaurant, and an incredible piece of seabass fillet at the greek. Even the buffet has nice themes and is well taken care of. The staff..... Let me begin to say that everyone at this hotel works hard to make sure you are having an unforgettable holiday. They make u feel right at home. It's also the way they receive u by saying "Welcome Home" when u arrive. We decided to have the posh club upgrade as well and let me just say we didn't regret it even for a moment. We arrived and were received by our butler, Mina, who took care of everything as he sat us down with a refreshing towel... I think they might have forgotten the champagne... Either way, we arrived at our room with a splendid view of everything and were told that anything we need at all, we just ask Him, Mina. This my dear friends, is an understatement, Mina served more like a Genie in a bottle than a butler, he literally granted us all our wishes and more as he gave excellent suggestions on how to make our stay even more pleasant. He constantly took the initiative, making sure we'd be well set every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He set up a romantic dinner for my wife and I so we could enjoy Felucca's kitchen, who happened to be closed during our stay due to renovations. Mina, thanks a lot if you're reading this, we really had an incredible time, mostly thanks to you.
