This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, starting from Check-In where I was greeted by the beautiful Nardin who upgraded us with a beautiful room and left the most delicious birthday cake in my room. Every single employee in this hotel is attentive, professional with the most smiling face. Room was super clean, the hotel has many options to dine at, our favourite was the Italian, you’ll be received by the beautiful Eman with her professional and kind personality. The food is great, we would like to thank Azza, Chef Ahmad and Chef Romano, of course our star hostess Ms. Eman. We also enjoyed our time at the hotel bar, many thanks to Osama. Also we dined at the Japanese restaurant, thanks to Chef Sayed. We were invited to try one of the spa’s treatments by the beautiful Sarah, we were serviced by Saber and Eman, they are so professional and knowledgeable. I thank the management of the hotel, the staff, security, housekeeping, room service, pool staff, and every single person who made our stay the best one in Luxor.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. Very peaceful and tranquil hotel. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast and food menu is very tasty, fresk and they try to cook with organic ingredients that they grow in their land. They have a nice little pool to chill and relax at the end of the day.

The food was delicious (thanks for showing me how to make Egyptian rice btw), and breakfirst was plenty that I ended up skipping lunch 😂 Mohamed was always smiling, and Hamdi was super helpful with everything. I also joined a tour with Hamdi, and it was definitely a highlight of my trip, he knows so much and makes it really fun and interesting. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.
