The staff is very kind, has good restaurant, a buffet breakfast and yummy chocolate ice cream!! Rooms are very comfortable, with Nile view and all the ammenities, it was great to enjoy daily tours and then back to this hotel with swimming pool to chill after sunny adventures. Our favorite tour was the day trip to Dendera and Abidos, our egyptologist Michael was certainly the best we have had in all our trip to Egypt, he explained us with so much passion the meanings of those temples, it wasn't only history this was a master class with a wise man (Zero intention to stop on shops or make us buy anything before asking privately in the car about our interests without insist). We scheduled the tour with the hotel agency, Clara and her boss helps us to choose carefully (we had no extra time to go out and negotiate, but decided to benchmark online and was ok). The last night we asked for massages and it couldn't be better, they have been flexible with spa closure timeline and it was perfect to get ready for early morning ballon's experience before check out. We truly recommend this hotel and their services, honestly I have never dedicated such a long review for a stay, but this experience deserves it!

The pool area facing the Nile was great, food was good and staff were very helpful and friendly! Especially Mahmoud who was particularly amazing! He spoke to us in French and help us with all of our requests. He made our stay better! He made us welcomed and at home. Thumbs up as well to the concierge (forgot his name). He was very kind and helpful🥰 We really loved the place!

We received a free update to a Nile View room, which was had indeed a very beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean. As I was not feeling well on our departure day I was able to book the medical service the hotel provides (a doctor comes directly to your room), which was very helpful. Also the hotel was so kind to leave us stay in the room longer than the usual check-out time for free, so that I was able to rest until our flight. Due to my condition we also used the room service, that provides different dishes for decent prices. We also tried the Libanese restaurant on site, which had very nice food! We can highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back!

The food was delicious (thanks for showing me how to make Egyptian rice btw), and breakfirst was plenty that I ended up skipping lunch 😂 Mohamed was always smiling, and Hamdi was super helpful with everything. I also joined a tour with Hamdi, and it was definitely a highlight of my trip, he knows so much and makes it really fun and interesting. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.

Arranged activites, transport and sightseeing without any hassle. Best part however, was the hotel employees, the guides and the drivers he set us up with. Absolutely a joy to stay and if we ever come back - this is definetly the place we're staying at. Also dont bother going out to eat - the in house chef is fantastic!
