The facilities were fantastic, especially the swimming pool and the kids' area, which were a huge hit with our family and provided endless fun. The hotel's location is perfect. It offers a great balance of engaging internal activities while also being ideally situated for anyone looking to explore the 5th Settlement. Our room was a perfect retreat after a busy day; it was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. We were genuinely impressed with the excellent value for money and how every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

What makes this hotel truly special is the staff. Every single person was warm, supportive, and genuinely caring. They consistently went beyond my expectations and always offered more than I asked for. The room design perfectly matched my taste, and I was so grateful for the atmosphere. The room size was also much larger than most standard 5-star hotel rooms, which made a big difference. After staying several days, it really started to feel like home—something very important to me. The area around the hotel also felt safe and relaxed compared to other parts of Giza or Cairo. I even felt comfortable walking at night to the nearby 24/7 store by the petrol station. One morning I had to leave very early for a nearby visit, and even though it was only a 5-minute walk, the hotel kindly offered me a lift because it was still dark outside. That kind of thoughtful care meant a lot to me. For me, this stay was perfect. I’ve already booked my next visit, because I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else after discovering this hotel.
