We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

Food, staff, heating swimming pools,spa aquapark were great, we asked for a baby bed and it was there when we asked for it. We were in front of infinity pool with beach view. The music was a bit loud in the afternoon during the activity but it did not bother us. If you want complete silence , ask a room close to the diving center, however you will have to walk a bit more to go to the restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel .

I The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. All respect for Mr Hisham and Mr Waleed , the actimg managers who really went and beyond to ensure our stay is as memorable as it could be ! Großes, abwechslungsreiches Ressort mit einer tollen Poollandschaft und vielen anderen Möglichkeiten. Durch die Größe ist immer viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Unser Zimmer war perfekt und immer sauber. Gärtner kümmern sich rund um die Uhr um die Grünanlagen. Das gesamte Team ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden vom Check-in bis zum letzten Tag unaufdringlich und freundlich betreut.

Er hat uns bestens betreut und begleitet bei unserem ersten Alles-inklusive-Aufenthalt. Er hat uns ein schönes und größeres Zimmer, als wir erwartet hatten, gegeben (Suite mit Whirlpool Das Essen ist lecker und die Atmosphaere sehr angenehm. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Das Mövenpick Resort ist eines der wenigen Hotels, in denen man sich von Anfang bis Ende wohl fühlt, ohne dass es an jeder Ecke Kleinigkeiten gibt, über die man sich im Stillen ärgern müsste. Das Hotel ist eine perfekte Mischung aus Professionalität und gehobener Klasse zum einen und trotzdem locker und extrem entspannt zum anderen. Die Zimmer wurden renoviert und überarbeitet. Mittlerweile gibt es auch eine kleine Kaffeebar im Zimmer. In heutigen Zeiten eine notwendige und angemessene Überarbeitung. Alle Kellner und das gesamte Personal waren ausschließlich freundlich, professionell und höflich. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass jeder Spaß bei der Arbeit hatte, obwohl das bestimmt nicht immer der Fall sein mag. Als Gast hat man sich aber perfekt und wohl gefühlt.
