Beds are comfortable. There is variety of amenities to use, all the bars and restaurant serve very nice food. In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

The à la carte restaurants are exceptional, and the buffet is delicious—my fiancé and I had such a hard time deciding where to eat because everything was so good. The hotel management goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the evening events were a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Speaking Arabic, German, English and Spanish at the 24-hour front desk, staff are ready to help around the clock. Our children (8 and 11 years old) especially loved the aquapark, which provided hours of fun and excitement. The beachfront location was beautiful, but with a pronounced water reflux, which could be seen as a negative thing or a positive one: an opportunity to explore the beach when the water receded. Our room was very big, nice and clean. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impressive and the friendliness of the staff made our stay even more pleasant. Our kids also really enjoyed the VR games, and the person at the VR movie area was fantastic with them. The resort itself is quite large, which might not suit guests who prefer a smaller, more compact setting. However, there are quadracycles and a shuttle bus to help get around, which made it manageable. It’s worth mentioning that the resort is far from any cities or towns, so going for a walk outside the resort isn’t really an option. That said, there is plenty to do on-site, and there are also organized excursions available, like safaris and other tours, if you’d like to explore the surrounding area. The food was delicious, with a wide variety and plenty of restaurant options to choose from. The Mediterreanean and Soprano restaurants had amazing sea views. Overall, we had a great family holiday here and would happily recommend it to other families looking for a fun, relaxing getaway.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the Red Sea. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making every effort to ensure my comfort. The food was varied and delicious, with something to suit every taste. The resort’s facilities, including the pool and private beach, were top-notch, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and fun.

The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Very nice place, very nice staff, especially the reception Mohamed Salah, Mohamed Salem, Hamid, and all the staff are amazing. The accommodation offers a hot tub. You can play table tennis, darts and tennis at Akassia Swiss Resort, and the area is popular for snorkelling. Akassia swiss resort exceeds our expectations. The staff were so polite helpful and friendly. Special mention for waiter Mahmud and all animation team- Shagy, Zain, and especially Rose-Ruza... All place is magical and with some special charm. Pool boys were amazing- we felt so secure about our kids. Cant wait to come back.

Seemingly part of the natural environment between sandy mountains and deepest blue seas is the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. Built in traditional Nubian style, this relaxed resort instantly makes you feel at peace. Everything from the design of the hotel (nubian village) to the wonderful service of all the staff. Food was wonderful, both in buffet restaurant and in a la carte restaurants. They have the best reef I've seen for the last 15 years - still with plenty of colours - and only 3 meters from the beach.
