It'been a great and relaxing week at the Portofino resort in Marsa Alam. Staff are really nice and reception always available to help. The animation team is fun and engafing, with activities at all times. There are also many restaurants for all the tastes. Eventually, pools are great and sea is just wonderful with plenty of fishes!

Breakfast was really amazing, varieties are really good meeting all preferences. Staff was very attentive, polite, and exerting their utmost efforts satisfying all guests.

This vacation was our first experience with this hotel and chain, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Right from the start, we received a complimentary early check-in. This gesture was just the beginning of what felt like a constant effort by every staff member to go above and beyond to meet our needs. The resort itself is huge, combining two hotels—Vita and Villagio—under one roof. Guests have access to the facilities at both hotels. Although both of them were fully booked during our stay, it hardly ever felt crowded. The peak times for breakfast and dinner were sometimes busier, but we always managed to find a table. Dining was a highlight, with six restaurants across the resort offering a variety of cuisines, plus a special “themed” dinner every evening at one of the restaurants. The food selection was noticeably better than the average fare at most Egyptian hotels. The beach was spacious, with distinct areas where you could choose between a peaceful spot or a livelier section with music and activities. Vita Resort had just reopened six months ago following renovations, so our room was brand new. We booked a seafront bungalow, and it was an excellent choice—only a few minutes walk to the beach, with the Mediterranean restaurant nearby. We didn’t mind walking to the other restaurants, bars, or the main stage for evening shows. Long story short: If you’re looking for a high-quality resort experience, I absolutely recommend Portofino Vita! Overall, Portofino Vita has so much potential and an amazing team that truly elevates the experience. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to see how they continue to improve an already fantastic resort! We would like to extend our gratitude to Assist. Front Office Manager Mustafa Othman for his exceptional friendliness and his efforts to accommodate all of our needs. Special thanks to lifeguard Abdul, our housekeeper, and the beach and reception bar waitstaff. We felt like at home with their care❤️

I had an exceptionally positive experience at this hotel. The environment, friendly atmosphere, and great vibes made it very hard to return to everyday life afterward.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. I The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. All respect for Mr Hisham and Mr Waleed , the actimg managers who really went and beyond to ensure our stay is as memorable as it could be ! Very nice hotel ,every thing was perfect

Food was really tasty and the taste was really close to europe cuisine. The whole concept is really beautiful and well organized. Mr. Hamid front office employee was available for us 24/7 with really kind and proffesional approach. There was also Slovenian speaking Ms. Laura, she was amazing, helpful and available for us 24/7. I was In more than 100 hotels already and Casa Mare Resort is one of those hotels which I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant hotel manager Hosni who went above and beyond to make us feel the most welcomed and ensured we had a wonderful comfortable stay. Good facilities, Aqua park , beach . Our see view room was very nice.

Nice rooms, very clean, good food, very friendly and helpfull service. Very professional managed diving center as well... What more could you ask for?
