We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

The house reef is insane and price/quality ratio, this hotel is great! Highly recommend this place if you want to have an all-inclusive experience and be near a great place to snorkel (and dive)!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful-modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. Our swim-up room was the highlight: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing right outside our door. The atmosphere of the entire hotel was calm and elegant, and the staff were consistently helpful, kind, and professional-always making sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the restaurant by the pool-it became our go-to place each day. The food, the setting, and the service there made every meal feel special. Overall, it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we’ve had. We felt truly taken care of and would come back without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality getaway.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the Red Sea. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making every effort to ensure my comfort. The food was varied and delicious, with something to suit every taste. The resort’s facilities, including the pool and private beach, were top-notch, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and fun.

Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. All respect for Mr Hisham and Mr Waleed , the actimg managers who really went and beyond to ensure our stay is as memorable as it could be !
