From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to: Ahmed Abdelhady (Reception) – for his warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. Mostafa Slim (Supervisor) – for his excellent management and attention to guest comfort. Moamen (Housekeeping) – for decorating our room every day with different towel art – such a thoughtful and creative touch that truly made our days! The food was amazing every day – with excellent quality, delicious flavors, and a wide variety that kept us excited for each meal. Big thanks as well to the lifeguards for keeping everyone safe, and to the animation team for bringing fun, energy, and joy throughout our stay. I highly recommend Cancun for anyone looking for a relaxing and joyful escape in Ain Sokhna. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

The chalet was very clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described. The view and atmosphere in Mont Galala are amazing — peaceful, modern, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making check-in and check-out very smooth. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Very, very nice experience overall!

Highly elegant decoration .. all home appliances are available .. ground floor with a garden .. right in front of the pools .. 5 minutes walk to the beach .. beach has a small decent snorkeling spot which is rare at Sokhna (about 100m north west of the pier) .. host is super decent and helpful .. it’s a perfect place especially if you used to hotels and expect a high quality place, you won’t feel huge differences ..

There are 2 and half bathrooms that cover all the needs for all family members Outside the unit the land scaping is unique and very detailed, heated pool is great for kids in winter time while you can watch them from the balcony because the unit is centroid to the pools The hospitality from management is the best conformations and arrangement. Before arrival was smooth and happy. Him attending at the arrival was a plus, he toured and explained the facility to us for the few days we spent there and they contacted us a few times to make sure that everything is great.
