The hotel is looking modern and luxury. Receptionists are very kind and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. We got more than we expected.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). Everything was perfect!!! The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. breakfast was perfect, pool & rooms. near to palma and a lot parking possibilities for the car. It’s very clean and the personal is always very helpful

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. The concierge team was, hands down, the best I’ve ever encountered. Every member of the team was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also extremely efficient and hands-on. They were proactive in offering help and always went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. Their professionalism, kindness, and maturity truly set this hotel apart. The rooms were equally impressive, offering stunning views of both the sea and the pool area – a perfect way to wake up each morning. And the breakfast… it was absolutely to die for! So many fresh, delicious options that made starting the day an absolute treat. Love the water pressure in the shower - a very comfortable one especially in Summer when you need to shower several times - not many hotels offer decent water pressure. The location was also ideal, surrounded by everything you could need, whether you want to explore local attractions or just enjoy some downtime. Overall, I couldn't have been more satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend this hotel – it’s a perfect blend of excellent service, comfort, and prime location.

Shops and restaurants right next to the hotel. You can reach Palma de Mallorca in 10-15 minutes by bus 25, the station is 5 minutes walk away. Also by bus 25 you can reach Intermodal - Placa Espana, from where you can reach Port de Soller or other wonderful places on the island by train or bus. Modern hotel, with generous lobby, restaurant and bar, sensational pool, very friendly staff. Very well equipped room, comfortable beds, minibar. Upon arrival you are greeted with water, olive oil and crisps. Also a handwritten welcome message from the O.P. manager Margherita Petito, very impressive. An unforgettable experience, 4-star amenities, excellent value for money.
