Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. The hotel is looking modern and luxury. Receptionists are very kind and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. We got more than we expected.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). Everything was perfect!!! Good breakfast! Stunning view!!!

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. breakfast was perfect, pool & rooms. near to palma and a lot parking possibilities for the car. It’s very clean and the personal is always very helpful

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. Our stay at hotel Son Caliu Spa Oasis was really pleasant. The personnel is very friendly and accommodating. The reception staff provided us with all the information we needed. Special thanks to Carmen and Tudor from the restaurant who made our meals even more enjoyable and helped us around. The food (morning and dinner buffets) was great, varied, tasty and fresh. They cooked omelets and steaks on the spot, in front of you. The breakfast highlights were the honeycomb and the prossecco 😉 The dinner buffet changed every night - Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean etc. specialties - and the fee for it only included food; drinks to be paid extra. The room had a nice view from the balcony and was comfortable, In the room the tourist can find a coffee machine and an electric kettle. There are bathrobes and slippers, pleasantly smelling toiletries. There is a mini market on the street, open from 10 to 14 where you can buy what you need and also a supermarket not far away, behind the bus station. A pharmacy is also close. The indoor swimming pool was great, heated to 29-30 degrees C and an extra free towel was provided for each day at the pool. In the spa area there were a few detox/ revigorating fresh free drinks, water with fruits and herbs (cucumber, orange and cinnamon, lemon etc,). There was a pleasant smell all over the hotel. Beautiful furniture on the hallway. The small private beach had fine sand, some trees with chatty birds, a deck in front of the water. Free sunbeds and beach towels were provided, so no need to carry your own. Special thanks also to Daniel from the beach for his courtesy who made our stay even more enjoyable! Nice beach bars and restaurants where one can enjoy a sangria or a good grilled fish or shrimps. There is a bus station very close to the hotel so no need to hire cars or get taxis if you want to get around or easily transfer to/ from the airport.

Look out over the golden sands and clear waters of San Vicente Beach from this hotel. It is surrounded by some of the natural scenery on the island of Ibiza.

The hotel has a Spa & Wellness area with indoor pool with jets, sauna, ice fountain and massage cabin. Everything was exceptional from the moment I arrived to the warmest welcome to the moment I left and I can’t wait to get back to my new ‘special place!’

A varied breakfast buffet is served in the hotel’s restaurant. The buffet dinner includes a wide range of international cuisine and typical Majorcan dishes. There is also a lounge bar and terrace. Exceptional qualify of the food and great variety each morning/evening. Friendly staff, good amenities (including co-working space which I found very convenient), free and fast WiFi. Different areas of the hotel were not crowded, and even in busy meal times the atmosphere feels very chill. There was always plenty of space around the pool and on the beach. Beach very close, easily accessible and really nice. Room had balcony and great views to the sea and the mountains both. Hotel has focus on sustainability and tries to reduce impact. Would recommend going up Puig de Sant Martí (if not too hot), visiting the old town of Alcudia and Can Picafort too.

There is also a modern fitness centre, and a stylishly lit relaxation area with tea corner. I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. The concierge team was, hands down, the best I’ve ever encountered. Every member of the team was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also extremely efficient and hands-on. They were proactive in offering help and always went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. Their professionalism, kindness, and maturity truly set this hotel apart. The rooms were equally impressive, offering stunning views of both the sea and the pool area – a perfect way to wake up each morning. And the breakfast… it was absolutely to die for! So many fresh, delicious options that made starting the day an absolute treat. Love the water pressure in the shower - a very comfortable one especially in Summer when you need to shower several times - not many hotels offer decent water pressure. The location was also ideal, surrounded by everything you could need, whether you want to explore local attractions or just enjoy some downtime. Overall, I couldn't have been more satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend this hotel – it’s a perfect blend of excellent service, comfort, and prime location.
