The spa offers a wide range of beauty treatments for a supplement. We offer a hammam and a sauna free of charge for our guests. Also a free heated swimming pool and a fitness center. The hotel is exactly as described on the booking site. The room was very modern, clean, well isolated and the pool view with the see in the back was just great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower and the technician solved it in 5 min. The food was excellent (breakfast + dinner) with a great selection of wines. The pool is great and we liked the aquagym in the morning. The rooftop was perfect to admire the sunset and to enjoy some great music. The hotel is well connected with Palma through several busses (2 eur ticket)

The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). Everything!!! The design of our sea view room was scenic especially on the sunrise moment. Swimming pool, table tennis, sunbathing , parking, bar and staffs were perfect.

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Just an amazing value for money. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms/studios were planty big and view from our balcony was out of this world. Breakfast options were huge, food was very good. Pool area and the pool it self very clean. There is also a table tennis/billiards in the pool area. Gym also.

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. Great location, nice rooms and excellent food. Very friendly staff.

The hotel itself is so beautiful with a lot of light, different types of indoor seating, covered patios, bar area, and three pools. The room was great with a lot of TV channels. I definitely recommend a stay here!

There is also a modern fitness centre, and a stylishly lit relaxation area with tea corner. Verry confortable and clean room, good food, in front of the beach with a great view.

I loved the staff, the welcoming, the cleanliness, the facilities, the location that is great. I would recommend this hotel with pleasure and I would return to this hotel for my next holidays in palma. The staff were friendly and helpful. I asked them even for places to go in Mallorca. I appreciated even the welcoming and goodbye postcard from the hotel. The facilities were great too.
