The view was phenomenal, and the facility was very well maintained. I want to highlight Grace in the mini kids club, she was so awesome with the kids. She was very attentive, and so welcoming that my kids didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect and in walking distance to some major attractions.

Everything was excellent.

The view from the pool to the ocean is a dream, as is the appartment. Fully equipped kitchen, very spacious and a big terrace. If you want to relax I highly recommend this place! The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 11 km from Tenerife Espacio de las Artes. The accommodation features a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. They had a washer, a kitchen, and nice beds. The door codes made it easy without having to remember keys. The location was perfect as we wanted to stay in Laguna. The landlord was super responsive even though it was a holiday. The parking was very close and only 7.95 per 24 hours and just a few minutes from the apartment. It is a short drive to see the nature parks and do some hiking. The pull out couch was comfortable as well which isn't always the case. We really enjoyed our stay.

Speaking German, English, Spanish and French at the 24-hour front desk, staff are always on hand to help. I’m an ex-hotelier with ten years of experience in five-star hotels, and I have to say that overall, this was an exceptional three-night stay. The staff were truly outstanding – a solid 10 out of 10. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were also excellent, though I did miss having a wider variety of Spanish paella. The pool area and the gardens were beautifully maintained and absolutely deserving a 10 out of 10 too. Although the hotel claims to have no parking, there is actually a large, free parking area just 50 metres away between the church and the hotel.
