Kora Nivaria Beach, a property with an open-air bath, is situated in Abades, 400 metres from Abades Beach, 24 km from Golf del Sur, as well as 34 km from Aqualand. Private parking is available on site. The apartment features an infinity pool with a fence, as well as a hot tub and full-day security. The calm and peaceful environment was great. Everything that you might need is very close, 5-10 minutes on foot (grocery store, free parking on the street, nature, beaches). The apartment was very comfy at nights too, good, stable wi-fi. I could imagine renting this place for a longer period of time too (3-4 weeks).

A place like this is rare – everyone should experience it at least once in their lifetime. Oh, and don’t get me started on the food! The rooftop restaurant doesn’t just serve amazingly delicious dishes – it’s a full experience, almost like a show. If you’re there, don’t miss the smoked steak tartare – absolutely unforgettable.

I’ve decided to extend my living just because want to prolongate my living on the Heaven. Highly recommended !

There hotel features panoramic views of the golf course, Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera Island. There is a large outdoor swimming pool. The spa centre includes a sauna, hot tub and Turkish bath. There are massage treatments and a beauty salon. Everything was great. I loved the view from the second floor, which offered an amazing vista of the golf course and a bit of the sea. It’s such a quiet place, perfect if you’re looking for a destination to relax and enjoy tranquility. This is the best option book it without a doubt. The vibe of the hotel is a bit classy, so if you expect something modern, it won't meet your expectations. However, everything else is great: it's quiet, has amazing service, and the staff are doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Despite these points, I still give them a 10 out of 10. The hotel is amazing, and I highly recommend it. Just book it. It’s amazing!

Each spacious, air-conditioned apartment has a classic design and is decorated in light colours. All apartments have a living area with satellite TV. Kitchens include a microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

Other on-site facilities include a spa, sauna and hot tub. Bicycle and car hire can be arranged at the Flamingo’s reception. We stayed for one week in Flamingo Suites and it was fantastic. The Suite was beautiful and very well maintained. The hot tub on the balcony was a nice extra. All of the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was one of peace and quiet. The cleanliness in all areas was exceptional. Finally the location is perfect for exploring Costa Adeje, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches, marina and Siam Park. Would definitely stay there again.
