The breakfast and dinner were good.

I will try to be shorter against all of my will. This is the first time in a long time that I have come across such a place. I spend 1/3 of my life in hotels because of my work and there is always something annoying there. I really can't find anything about this one. Congratulations to the manager! It is very difficult nowadays to find people who really want to do their job willingly and properly. The hotel team is selected professionally and with understanding. Communication with them is more than good because they are very responsive and kind. They make the place really cozy. These people really try with a lot of energy to make your stay wonderful and they have completely earned all my respect! The hotel is still brand new and has thought of everything that anyone who will stay there may need. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Our apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was wide and very clean. Every day the maids cleaned and made the beds. It was very clean! 220V on both sides of the bedroom and the internet coverage was great. All rooms are on the ground floor, fully accessible for people with disabilities. The breakfast has several types of everything for everyone. Fruits, eggs, bacon, hamon,, types of bread, freshly baked croissants, yogurt, cornflakes, tea, coffee, juices, many things, I can't list everything. There is a room with large enough safes where you can leave your luggage for free as a hotel guest, if you need to vacate the room, but your flight is later, for example. As for the location - the place was perfect for us! The metro is 8-10 minutes away on foot, the bus stop on 95 to the Oceanographic Complex is 5 minutes away. 15-20 minutes walk from the Bio Park, 6 minutes from the park.... I was most impressed by the soundproofing! Admirations for the investor! There was an excavator digging to repair the street in front of the hotel three meters in front of our window and inside - nothing. Nothing!

Everything, perfect is the word to use

Everything was fine during our stay. Room was modern and clean, facilities offer everything what is promised delivering high standard quality of service. Breakfast was perfect. And the cherry on the cake is Japanese toilet with all these incredible functions 🙂

The hotel was lovely and really comfortable. Esther was very helpful and gave us great advice on where to go.

Lovely place for a disconnect from the usual daily grind. Warm staff, lovely facilities, fantastic chef for our lunch meal (seriously, the highlight of the stay, unexpectedly good meal for such a small place!), nice wines, peace and quiet, what more can you ask for. There are only 8 rooms, all in the same building and facing vineyards. We got one of the two suites which are bigger but it seemed the other rooms were also very nice, just a bit smaller (also had a small outside terrace and views on the vines).

The property is very spacious with a super nice common breakfast area for a get-together with other guests. The open and friendly way of the owners goes well together by the way the facility is organized.

Really nice accommodation in a beautiful old building. Facilities are clean and comfortable and lovely hospitality provided by the couple that runs the place. The area its located in is very peaceful with plenty of walks and lookouts around. Definitely worth a stop when driving through Spain.

Great stay in the Arcos room. Open plan, comfy with a seating area, and fab bathroom looking onto private terrace and amazing view of gorge and waterfall! Use of kitchen and dinning room and shared terrace also. Host Juan Ángel very helpful. Everything as good as photos shown in details. Parking for a few cars outside.

Communication was amazing! I could register online, select my menu, and communicate directly. Behind all this is Juan who also is there when you arrive, and also is the cook and the waiter. A really charming old-school hotel with a modern twist! The food was very good, and breakfast, I ordered a small one, and that is what I got! The room was large and comfortable. Oh, an the facade is really beautiful!
