We were looking for a one-night stay close to the airport after a long journey to Corsica. The owner stayed in touch with me over WhatsApp to know when we were coming, etc. We were arriving late, and I was fasting due to an Indian festival, which meant that I would need a very late dinner at nearly 10 pm. She actually accommodated us! She sent us the menu over WhatsApp and we chose our meals. The food blew us away. For my main, I had requested a salad with warm goat cheese, and my husband ordered a bouillabaisse. My salad was INCREDIBLE. The owners also run their own restaurant, and they are fantastic. They grow vegetables themselves for the salad and other meals. It was one of the best meals I had in a long time. And the chef came to have a wee chat as well and explained to me how the salad was made. I will attempt to replicate it! We slept in the next morning, as we were completely exhausted by our long flights. I WhatsApped the owner in the morning to let her know that we would not be having breakfast as we were sleeping in. We finally made it out by 10:45...and found a scrumptious breakfast waiting for us. FYI, the breakfast officially ends at 10 am there. But she just prepared everything for us anyway. There was no rush to check out. The vibe was very chilled out and calm. About the room- The bed was super comfy, there is an AC, the shower and bathroom are separate and spacious. The wifi worked very well. The shower pressure was decent as well. And, there was a spacious balcony attached to the room. It's a family-run business which is very professional. It was a really great stay, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - likely because one of us spoke very good French. The restaurant was great - we had dinner and breakfast there.

It’s one of the best rooms since it’s located at the end of the path, offering extra privacy, and it comes with the stunning glasshouse baths. The baths were an unforgettable experience. We spent hours in there, soaking, sipping wine, and listening to music (the hotel even provides a small speaker to connect to). The true highlight, though, was being surrounded by lush greenery. From the bed, the view of the treetops felt absolutely heavenly. You could gaze at them for hours, and just enjoy. We only stayed one night but easily could have extended to at least two. This is the perfect place if you want to truly unwind! Another big plus: the staff were lovely, and the hotel is dog-friendly. We’ll definitely be back. We loved everything!

Casa Santa Lucia is located in Bocognano and has a pool with a view and mountain views. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the bed and breakfast is soundproof and features a hot tub. We absolutely loved the casual way this place was set up. Great views out over the surrounding mountains, superb rooms and excellent central facilities with really comfortable chairs dotted around a relatively small but decent pool. We enjoyed breakfasts set up in a lounge area and we were able to meet other guests in a a very relaxed manner. We were looked after so well by a lovely girl who didn't speak a lot of English but it did not matter at all as she made us all feel very comfortable and welcome. They also had a great honesty bar system which we took full advantage of when we hung around the pool for virtually a whole day.
