Very professional staff. They allowed us to check in a little bit early as we were getting ready for a wedding. Very clean and comfortable.

HOT TUB I've stayed at The Charm a few times when visiting Brighton and have always had a great experience. Every member of staff is lovely and it's always warm and welcoming. It's very clean and the bed linen is really cosy, as well as brilliant shower pressure.. I can't remember his name but a special shout out to the Polish guy who checked us in - he was great.
