The room was very spacious, modern, clean and convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, both a la carte options and the buffet. The a la carte selection came out very quick, which is great when one needs to get into the office on time.

We have large, attractive rooms which all have TVs, free Wifi, a hospitality tray including biscuits and water. Due to such low demand we are no longer serving breakfast at the hotel. A fantastic place with a floral fragrance accompanied by a friendly host who made us have a fabulous experience. Besides the host was super flexible in terms of accommodating our belongings outside our check-in and check-out time, so hands-down one of the best hosts in the town. We will book this place again without a shadow of doubt if we visit Bournemouth again.

Impeccable staff - the Spanish lady in the reception especially was amazing! Breakfast selection was nice and fresh! Location was close to everything, a Tesco right in front, bike rental shop, cute little stores, etc. Quaint rooms - lovely view of the town! Facilities - the outdoor hot tub was great!

The Bowood Hotel, Spa, and Golf Resort features a luxury spa with superb facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, rock sauna, crystal steam room, aromatherapy shower, relaxation room and treatment rooms. Everything was excellent, the stay, the beds, the dinner and the breakfast was delicious!! Best I had since years. Will be back soon

I am satisfied with everything about the hotel. It is a hotel that makes me want to travel to York again.

HOT TUB I've stayed at The Charm a few times when visiting Brighton and have always had a great experience. Every member of staff is lovely and it's always warm and welcoming. It's very clean and the bed linen is really cosy, as well as brilliant shower pressure.. I can't remember his name but a special shout out to the Polish guy who checked us in - he was great.
