For me the stand out thing through was the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (I'm sorry not to remember everyone's names, but huge thanks to the lovely Ronojoy and Charlotte, the restaurant, bar and breakfast staff). I was with my elderly parents both of whom have a disability and the staff really went above and beyond to help and be kind, I am more grateful than I can say. The staff were truly outstanding and it made our holiday. Other big positives were: the convenience of the bar restaurant, and the food was really excellent both there and at breakfast, everything was delicious and there was a great range of options; our rooms all had wonderful sea views of the bay and Elizabeth castle; my parents used the spa and loved it; rooms had lots of storage space, nice toiletries in the bathrooms and comfy beds.

Nice location, all the staff is very sweet, the room is big enough and comfortable bed. The welcoming milled wine was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay

Merton Hotel has a unique Aquadome, featuring indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steam room and hot tub. There is also a surf machine, fitness centre and tennis court. Room spotlessly cleaned by Frankline, breakfast was plentiful with lots of healthy options and traditional cooked fayre. Evening meals we ate in the on-site Italian restaurants. The food was delightful and we were waited on by the most charming Ram who was both attentive and knowledgable.

Situated on the edge of St Helier, The Monterey Hotel has 2 swimming pools, including a luxury indoor pool with a steam room, spa bath, and a mini gym. With free parking and free WiFi throughout, it is directly on the island’s bus route. Nice swimming pool, very good staff and not too far from Downtown(15min walking). Nice clean room and a good bed.

In 5 acres of woodland and its own south-facing gardens, Westhill Country Hotel has a spa bath and a poolside snack bar. The bar lounge has a dance floor and live entertainment, including singers and musicians. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and the hotel stuff was the friendliest and most helpful I've ever had in all my travels so far. I would defintely come back here.
