Un grand merci à Dior, hôtesse exceptionnelle qui nous a donnée de belles recommandations et qui est toujours disponible en cas de besoin, toujours avec le sourire. Merci Dior! Je recommande.

We had transportation provided, altghouh we landed on Santorini late in the evening. The lady from the reception welcomed us wonderfully, and gave us all the information on the very first evening. Room is very clean, cave-style. The hotel facilities are very good for the money

The location was convenient and ideal for both relaxation and exploring the area. Everything was within reach. All in all, this hotel offers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and service. I wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

L'hôtel Grotta propose des chambres climatisées sur une belle colline surplombant la ville de Naxos, à seulement quelques pas de la plage. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The service and the food were amazing. Connie on the desk is an asset to this hotel as was Costos in the restaurant. Graciella and n the bar at night was a ray of sunshine. The food second to none. We were spoilt beyond our expectations. The free transfer from the ferry was a bonus. Will definitely be back.

The accommodation was spotless, the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained. Truly a wonderful stay — there’s absolutely nothing negative to mention.

Great location the room was very clean and comfortable, which we got upgraded to last minute upon arrival which we are very thankful for😀 Lovely staff and a great dinner restaurant at the resort, we had an amazing dinner on the last night of our stay there. 10/10 resort and we will be back again one day to stay.
