Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, angefangen von der Rezeption und Concierge über Danai, der Managerin, die Ihr Hotel außerordentlich gut im Griff hat und alles möglich macht, was man sich nur wünscht. Auch das Personal im Frühstücksbereich sowie der Transfer-Fahrer waren außergewöhnlich freundlich. Man hat sich von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt

The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the amazing service. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always available to assist with anything I needed. They helped me arrange taxis when I needed them and gave great local recommendations for places to eat nearby – all of which were spot on! It made my stay much smoother and more enjoyable. I really appreciated the warm and attentive support throughout – thank you!

Alles war aus unserer Sicht aussergewöhnlich, sympathisch, komfortabel, gute Lage. Zimmer mit Balkon war top.

The sea view was amazing, and we saw beautiful sunrise and sunset. The hot pool was very warm, and the breakfast variety was also very rich. All staffs were kind and really helpful. We really love this place, and we had wonderful times there.

Mit Blick auf den Strand bietet die Unterkunft Hyperion City Hotel & Spa mit 4 Sternen Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Chania und hat einen Außenpool, ein Fitnesscenter und eine Gemeinschaftslounge. Ein super, tolles Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr bemüht. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft Orama Hotel & Spa bietet einen saisonalen Außenpool, ein Fitnesscenter, einen Garten und eine Gemeinschaftslounge in Fira. Facilities are amazing, the pool, the restaurant. It was in a very good location as well, 5min away from the center for Fira. Staff was exceptional, helped us plan our trip, reserve in certain restaurants, etc. Special shoutout to Mario who really went above and beyond.
