We had an amazing stay at the palms. The staff were so sweet and accommodating, the view from the pool and the pool itself couldn’t be any better. Same with the room and the view from the balcony. The location was great very peaceful and close to both Anthony Quinn and Traganou beach. The restaurant close by was great as well. We will definitely come back in the future, we loved every second of our stay.

We had a very relaxing, yet exciting holiday in Faliraki.We take bus number 25 from the airport to Faliraki. The price of an adult ticket is 3.50 euros and it takes 30 minutes. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well equipped,especially the jacuzzi, which we used almost every evening.Breakfast is brought to your room at a time of your choice between 8-10 am. It was delicious and filling, we could never eat it all at once.The rooms were cleaned every day between 11am and 1pm and we received fresh towels every day.The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very useful because the temperature was above 30 degrees almost all day every day.The hosts are very kind and helpful. In a quiet environment, but if someone wants to party, then the beach and the pedestrian streets are about a 10-minute walk away. There are a few shops and restaurants,bars nearby. The owners also have a restaurant (Desert Rose) where guests get a 20% discount. We have never eaten such delicious food anywhere else. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you for everything.😘

Die Unterkunft Jensen Luxury Suites ist in Rhodos (Stadt) gelegen, 400 m von Elli Strand und 500 m von Hirsch-Statuen entfernt. Das Frühstück in der Nähe in einem Brunch Lokal hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Noch positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass wir ein grösseres Zimmer als ursprünglich gebucht bekommen haben. Uns wurde auch von der Gastgeberin ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt und wie gewünscht ein Bügeleisen und eine zweite Bettdecke zur Verfügung gestellt. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön und uns fehlte es an nichts! Nochmals danke an die wunderbaren Gastgeber! Da kann man nur 10 von 10 geben!

We loved everything about our stay! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, in a beautiful historic building with a unique atmosphere. The place feels intimate yet offers all the comforts: daily cleaning (which we didn’t even expect), spotless rooms, a wonderful rooftop terrace, delicious breakfasts outdoors, toiletries in the bathroom, fresh towels every day, a hairdryer. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He gave us amazing food recommendations (which we strongly suggest you try!) and great tips for sightseeing, car rental, as well as arranging our airport transfer. Thank you, Jurgen and your family! You made this trip truly special for us.

Ein sehr schönes und edles Hotel. Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das à la Carte Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir ein Auto hatten und so die ganze Insel erkunden konnten. Das Hotel können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The room cleanliness, the staff's friendliness, and the proximity to the sea were all excellent. It’s also in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. The breakfasts were delicious as well. I will definitely visit again!
