My stay was enjoyable because of the fantastic service received by Hannah Manager of the hotel and other members of the staff. They made my birthday special with a special threat of muffins and delightful fruits. You could contact them :Hannah especially and will get your request attended to immediately, it was really nice. The room was very clean so was the jacuzzi. The breakfast was also nice liked the fruits very much. The suite is a walking distance to the city center and few minutes by car to nearby cities. Overall it was a funtastic experience and will love to visit again.

The food is absolutely delicious, every meal is prepared with care and always fresh. 👌 The staff is incredible – always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything, whether it’s advice for couples visiting the island for the first time or assistance with any other need. 🤩 The rooms are spotless, with hygiene at a perfect 10/10. 🙏 Both the managers and the team make you feel at home – such positive energy and hospitality are rare to find. On top of that, the prices are lower than most places on the island, which makes this hotel even more special. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to everything you need. ✅️ My girlfriend and I truly felt at home here, and we will definitely come back! ❤️ Next time we visit the island, we are 100% staying in the same hotel. 🍀 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay in Santorini. 🙏😊

I loved how aesthetically pleasing it is. It is also very clean. We had housekeeping everyday which was amazing. It is located in the perfect location with local restaurants that is open 24/7, the caldera views, restaurants with the caldera view nearby, local clothing shops. Our host Eleftheria was also extremely accommodating and always there whenever we had questions or concerns. I highly recommend this hotel suite if you want something easily accessible, affordable, comfortable, and to have a safe stay.

L’établissement Kudos Suites Firostefani vous accueille à 500 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : Musée archéologique de Santorin. The Customer Service from Planos and his team was exceptional. Panos was incredibly responsive, always asking if there was something he could do when we passed by, and quick to help with restaurant, taxi reservations etc. The room was spotless, large and luxurious. Incredible breakfasts served to your room with enough for four. The private, outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the sea was awesome. 10 minute walk to the major restaurants.
