The breakfast supplies were a great start on our first morning there. Plenty of eggs, black beans, and bread. And lots of coffee supplies and orange juice.

The location is amazing, in a small town that sees very little tourism, at the foot of Attilan volcano and right on the lake. The grounds are gorgeous, with a lovely pool and fantastic organic garden and plenty of hammocks. The restaurant is fabulous, we loved everything we ate, from the well served breakfasts to tasty and fresh salads, soups and fish, with almost everything sourced in their own organic garden. The staff are all kind and helpful and very well trained (the waiters also double as guides for the hikes which is nice). There seems to be real pride in working here.
