Certified with the Indoor Environment Quality, the hotel implemented with additional hygiene measures, including UV light installed air conditioning system and negative air pressure ventilation system for all guest rooms. My favourite hotel in HK and I personally think it’s the best value for money in the city. Everything is exceptional

They are equipped with a 65" Smart TV with Chrome Cast streaming and mirroring, a DVD player and an iPod dock. Some rooms include a Nespresso machine or specially formulated toiletries from Paris. The marble en suite bathroom comes with a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in rainshower.

Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. Fantastic location, and meets every expectation from a HKG 5-Star hotel. Even accommodated my incredibly early check in landing from America.

Offering panoramic views of Victoria Harbour from its large windows, each room offers comfortable beds covered with 400-thread count linens and feather pillows. The private bathroom comes with a separate rainshower and a bathtub. A flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player and Nespresso machine are all included. Everything, mostly the very attentive staff. I want to especially thank Helen for all her help during our stay!

Guests can make use of the steam room, jacuzzi and sauna at the spa. It offers traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic treatments. The fitness centre has an indoor heated swimming pool. The staff were so gentil. And we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and good food.

Guests can enjoy a range of therapies at the spa or keep fit with a game of tennis or exercising at the fitness centre. Other facilities include a sauna, tour desk and bicycle rental. Supervised activities for young children are also available at Camp Hyatt. Executive Floor accommodation allowed us access to breakfast and cocktails at the Lounge. While this is standard offering in other hotels, it made our stay extra special since the hotel is far-off from many HK hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui and Hong Kong Island. So the Lounge access made our stay very pleasurable and hassle-free. Also, the taxi drive from the airport to the hotel is a very welcome surprise. What would have taken us a longer travel by train or bus, only took us around 35minutes by taxi due to the access road available from HKIA to Hyatt Shatin.
