I would say 11 out of 10. Staff was amazing. Rooms are great. All you need in one place. Beach, great coctails and super Adriatic food. Chef connected Japan and Jadran, sommelier paired it with local vines for best experience.

Really nice house! Good layout downstairs for a family, open kitchen and seating area. Upstairs the bedrooms. Outside nice dining table and pizza over bbq. Pool is great! So is Jacuzzi. To note, the wifi was working excellent, I believe it had been recently upgraded, we could stream content and access web seamlessly.

We have spent a fantastic week at Hacienda Babina. The house offers enough space for 2 families, with the pool and jacuzzi there is everything available to enjoy your time when you are not at the beach. We enjoyed very beautiful sunsets on the terrace, had breakfast all together at the huge table outside. You can reach Cres or Mali Losinj easily by car, can visit many beatiful spots on the island (e.g. Lubenice beach) and can find many delicious restaurants in Miholascica and surrounding villages.
The hosts were very friendly and both handovers were very uncomplicated.
