Personal was very lovely and welcoming! Breakfast where we were able to order different kind of dishes that was included in price. Spa zona that you can book - it had jacuzzi and sauna. Comfortable beds that wasn't too soft. Very polished and quite big rooms comparing others. Terrace on the roof for ordering sparkling drinks or coffee. Relaxing evenings there! Rooms were very tidy and you cam feel that hotel is new. Bathroom was spectacular in it's look and design. Public transport to city centre is very close by and you don't need to call taxi. Location of the hotel was also great - it was in front of shopping mall that had many useful things to buy.

The check in was smooth and they gave us the room earlier than expected staff were very professional and helpful. Also we got the parking complimentary as i think ut should be when booking a 4 star hotel. Ut was a really good stay we enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

The hotel overall is great, the facilities, the food, the staff some are more friendly than others but overall a great experience. Went with my girlfriend on our last vacation before we become parents and I couldn't be more happy with the choice. The gym is good to be able to get some workouts done, the pools are all great and the saunas also do their job. We went with half board and both breakfast and dinner were full of options you could go a week without repeating the same plate easy. The location of Makarska was also the perfect setting, what a sweet village. Really recommed!

Spacious bathrooms include bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries. The hospitality was whatever every guest wants. They took really good care of me when I was very tired that day gave me fresh tea and extra fan to call the room and they gave me a complementary massage. I felt very grateful and well taken care of the breakfast area was so nice in the morning, and the staff was very helpful. Coming to the table whenever something needs to be done And at dinner time I had a steak and it was delicious then with the perfect cherry pistachio dessert that was recommended by the waiter.

Staff were excellent. Very attentive to all needs, helpful but not overbearing. Location was fantastic, rooms clean, comfortable and the view is just great. Overall we were really happy with our stay and highly recommend Hotel Eden.

Also, the receptionist responded to my message promptly and was kind enough to let us check in before the indicated check-in time.
