Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time. We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous. The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class. We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.

Das The Spa Villa Bintan heißt Sie mit einem Restaurant und einer Strandbar willkommen. Wir hatten eine Hütte auf Pfählen im Meer mit eigenem Whirlpool. Das Meer dort ist sehr flach und zieht sich bei Ebbe weit hinaus. Der Jahreszeit entsprechend regnete es immer wieder mit viel warmem Wind. Bei Flut und Wind schlugen die Wellen unter die Hütte, aber wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt. Außer uns gab es nur wenige Gäste und wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht um das Wohl der Gäste. Die Hütte ist gut eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, kleines Bad mit Regendusche und genügend Warmwasser. Großer Swimmingpool im Freien. Das gute Essen wurde frisch nach Wunsch zubereitet. Bei Ebbe kann zu Fuß eine kleine Insel erreicht werden. Von den angebotenen Ausflügen haben wir den zu dem beeindruckenden Tempel der 500 Lohan angenommen.
