The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. We didnt have the breakfast, but our friends said it very good.

Breakfast was excellent, as was all the staff, well mannered, and so friendly, especially the man on the reception desk, (sorry I forget his name) He has a beard. He has great customer service skills. I believe this is a key element in dealing with the public.

We received a very warm welcome from friendly staff at checkin. Large airy room which was spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with high pressure shower and bath.
We stayed here for one night, perfect place to relax and unwind, beautiful house with fantastic amenties we will definitely return for a longer stay, great place for kids they really enjoyed it and loved the spacious kitchen area and separate sitting room, perfect environment for children and adults with sensory difficulties, lots of space indoor and outdoors and very quite, Michael thank you we had a lovely time you have a beautiful house

This hotel was amazing. We had such a lovely stay. the room was absolutely fabulous and the bed was lovely and comfy the bathroom was stunning and super clean. the food and staff were lovely and the drinks were gorgeous. We had a lovely seat in the bar area beside a fire and a tv watching the darts. 10/10 stay and we will deffo be back for a spa weekend as we didn’t get around to the spa this time.
