With lake views, this accommodation features a patio. Guests have access to a sauna and hot tub. Beautifully appointed cottage, private and very comfortable, like a home away from home! The grounds are magnificent and peaceful, perfect for a romantic getaway. The pool is a wonderful added feature. The hosts Gerard and Ann gave us a warm welcome and they communicated with us before and during our stay for ease of arrival and check-in, as well as offering helpful tips during our stay. Good home base for day trips in and around west cork.

Corthna Lodge had loads of space and amenities including a hot tub, sauna and lounge for guests. It was very quiet and relaxing. The two family dogs are an added bonus. Rachel has great attention to detail and took great care to ensure we had the best stay possible. Breakfast was 10/10 especially the overnight oats. The standard of service feels more like a hotel here. We would gladly return again.

Staff very helpful from beginning to end, going over and above to make sure our needs were met. The location is ideal, along the river lee with lots of nature around. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and we even had a jacuzzi bath in our room, which was a nice surprise! Quiet with plenty of private car parking available, and close to the centre of Cork.

We stayed in the Ashe suite. Amazing room was 👌 and the jacuzzi bath was fantastic. Bed was also super comfy. Dressing gowns and slippers were a fantastic touch. We ate in Alfies restaurant again no faults food was delicious. Such a lovely relaxing stay. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous- separate shower and bath. Of course the outdoor Jacuzzi is such a selling point! Fabulous views of the river. A very relaxing, enjoyable stay.

The location is central, so easy if you're travelling by public transport. It's a boutique hotel so it's a really friendly place to stay. The furnishings in the room were beautiful, the room was spacious and the jacuzzi bath was a real treat: along with the supplied Elemis products, it felt like a mini spa break, even though I only stayed for one night. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices including overnight oats, choice of teas, pastries and cooked breakfast.

Miriam gave us a warm friendly welcome , our room was spacious and clean 😍 with tea and coffee etc. Miriam brought a fresh cold glass bottle of water to our room. We both enjoyed the jacuzzi bath We really liked how they had thought about the environment with how they ran their B n B , brilliant!

The food in Suttons bar was beautiful the rooms where very relaxing with LED lights and comfortable beds. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. Really enjoyed the treatment I got in the spa, and the jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is generally a lovely place it’s a shame they don’t have entertainment/music on there at weekends so it’s not a place you could stay in at night, you’d have to head elsewhere but the city is about 10-15 mins taxi drive away and they will order you a taxi from reception.
