The Pondicherry café staff (Ayushree, Kunal, Sunaina, Shefa, Vikram, Tanmoy, and sous Chef Abhishek) were very considerate and catered to our special requests beautifully during our long stay. We felt treasured the whole time.Kudos to Shane (in room dining) for his cheerfulness and exquisite service. Our gratitude to the guest relations staff who made check in/out seamless (thank you Janvi for the exceptional service, the daily talks and the beautiful gesture on our last day and Khusboo Saxena and Mr Rakesh - @ the concierge).
