To sum it up, I loved the hospitality of the staff especially night shift staffs , be it at the Room service or the reception. One thing that I am sure of is next time when I come to Ooty, I would be staying at your resort for sure. It’s best recommended if you are coming with family here.

Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean room and hot water shower. Mr Siva and all Family are nice and cuty. We're very glad to live here. Thanks a lot.
