There is a kitchenette with everything you need to make dinner and breakfast, and we enjoyed making dinner at the barbeque out in the common area (shared with two other cabins). A nice dip in the hot tub in the forest. Recommend for a little getaway out in nature.

We had a wonderful time and experience spending at Svartaborg's cabin. We wish we could stay here a bit longer. It is really easy to checkin and get to the location. We booked 3 cabins. They arranged us stayed closed to each other which is really thoughtful. The cabin kitchen is with everything you need even with a oven. It makes us much easier to cook dinner and breakfast for six of us. The location is perfect. It only takes 30-40mins drive to Húsavík and Mývatn. The cozy cabin with separated bedroom and living room makes us just wanna stay home and enjoy the moments. We arrived at night time, it took us a little time to be able to see the door number but we understand this is to keep the light down to respect the environment. Definitely recommend you stay with Svartaborg :)
