The breakfast in unreal and the selection of fresh, quality food is unlike any hotel breakfast I've ever had. The view surrounding the hotel is really beautiful and parking is plentiful. The hotel provides robes and slippers for the hot tub and the view of the glacier and mountains is perfect while you soak. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay and room service is lightening fast!

The Staff were exceptional from the beginning. The check in was very professional and we were provided a lot of information. We immediately reserved a dinner table and requested the “aurora wake up call”. Dinner was very good and high quality. Some of the staff were in training. We noticed that even while training multiple new members of staff, the service didn’t lack any attention. I was feeling a little under the weather. When I asked for a bit of honey for my tea, one of the service staff provided not only the honey but also lemon to cure my sore throat. If ever in Iceland, please stay here!

Best location, friendly and caring staffs, good price. Clean shower room, hostel as a whole. Big drawer to keep stuffs and not overcrowded room, maximum six people in our room. Good security from entrance, to door to dormitory space, to dormitory room.

Anna welcomed us when we arrived and told us we could walk and explore all over their property (incredible waterfall, fields, nature to see). LOVED this place so much.
