The property was very peaceful and quiet, with no crowds of people. Loved the pool area with the beautiful green surroundings and stylish sun beds, great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The suite itself was stunning also - super chic, spotless and comfortable! Overall the location was great - short drive to see the ruins and to Agrigento city centre! The only thing that I’d consider a small ‘minus’ is that there is a main road right next to the resort, so when outside by the pool, you can hear the cars pass by - BUT honestly considering how excellent everything else was and the overall value for the money, this didn’t ruin the experience for us! In the suite itself, it was super quiet and you couldn’t hear any noise at all. I would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to come back again! Thank you Krizia and Concetta! ☺️

We made the decision to stay at Antico Borgo dei Templi on the spur of the moment having found ourselves in Agrigento in the late afternoon having not completed our sightseeing and reluctant to drive the 170 odd Kms back to Trapani where we were staying. Our journey to the property was a bit intimidating as we drove higher and higher into the hills, but nothing could have prepared us for the surprise when we actually reached Antico Borgo dei Templi which is a genuine oasis nestled in the hills above Agrigento with views across to the bay and probably some of the most spectacular panorama to be seen in Sicily. We were warmly met on arrival and treated with great courtesy by the family that own the property and could not have been more content with our room and the wonderful facilities offered. I cannot recommend too highly Antico Borgo dei Templi and the wonderful family who own and run it, it was a genuine pleasure to stay there.

In Agrigento. Das Tal der Tempel, das zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört, erreichen Sie nach einer 10-minütigen Autofahrt. WLAN nutzen Sie kostenfrei. Everything! Antonella is a great host - we got a welcome drink on arrival, and lots of information about restaurants and things to do. Communication by whattsapp before arrival (and for any information whilst staying there),was great. The room was lovely and quiet, with a great shower and a balcony with a spectacular view across the valley, and down to the beautiful swimming pool below. Breakfast was delicious and always included some homemade cakes. Fresh oranges were available to make juice with a juicing machine. A car is a necessity here, but parking is in a locked yard for which we were given a remote control to open the gate. And on the one day we took a taxi in and out of town, Antonella helped us organise that. Many thanks to Antonella, Toto (and their friendly 3-legged dog Hugo!)
