The room is spacious, cozy and sparkling clean. It contains a sofa bed and a coffee machine with high-quality coffee. The toilet has the basic toiletries. The balcony has a great view, however It could be more private, the balconies are separated from each other by only tiny trees. The window has a shutter, which makes the room very dark if you wanna wake up late. The Wi-Fi speed is good. The garden is nice and well designed. I liked the old olive trees. Spacious terrace is there, kids' playground would be nice if available. There is free private car parking. The owner is kind and welcoming. He answered all our questions and inquiries. He'll make sure that your stay is comfortable. .

This was the perfect location , quite close to the port which is very convenient , and also bus stop pretty much out the front . Balcony overlooking the beach too !!!

And the apartment exceeded our expectations with a direct view of the sea, where the beach is just across the road. The bedroom and bathroom are large and bright, probably due to their newly refurbishing. The balcony is large and spacious and offers a great view of the sea and the town. There is a shared washing machine, iron and broom. Hairdryer and also a clothes drying rack on the balcony. They have a WhatsApp number always active to communicate with guests.

Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the charming little garden — everything was fresh and tasty. Although the town is a 10-minute drive away, there’s a convenient shuttle service available, which was especially helpful in the evenings. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay. We were very happy with our stay, Carlo was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The room and bathroom was spacious and modern and had a rain shower.

The place is gorgeous. It is very well located (10min walk to town center with great restaurants, it has a very comfortable bed, a jacuzzi with the best views of the sea and the village of Raito on the hill. It also has parking, which is a very rare find. The fridge had water and beer to enjoy, and next to the coffee machine, there were muffins and madeleines. The host met us promptly and gave us good suggestions about restaurants. It was a great experience, totally worth it.
