The family who own the property were brilliant hosts. They were very friendly and warm and looked after us really well throughout our stay. The location is amazing, the swimming pool is beautiful and the wood cabins are very nice and very comfortable. What made it special for us was the food! The home style Italian cooking was amazing! The portions were huge and the service was great. It really felt like we were guests of the family. Overall a very memorable stay and would definitely recommend.

Special mention to Serena who showed us round the resort and made us feel very welcome.

Once a wool factory, Il Cavalier D'Arpino dates back to the 16th century. It is now a charming hotel with a spacious garden and wonderful views across the valley. It offers free parking and free Wi-Fi throughout. We spent two nights in arpino for a wedding of friends and loved the hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the view of the sunset is gorgeous and the location just beautiful.
