Our room was in a separate building with its own terrace. We sat outside after we arrived and enjoyed the beautiful view and our surroundings. There is a mini fridge in the room with an assortment of cold drinks to purchase at a low cost. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection to choose from. Overall an excellent place to stay.

I was with my youngest son, 2 weeks' holiday at Fillipe's house. Fillipe is a friendly shy man, you can always message or call him if you need anything. He has a nice house, it has a kitchen with dining area. 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom. With google maps you can easily find the house. Places like Lucca, Pisa Florence is easily accessible. If you want to go to the beach, go to Marina de Pisa and park the car near Grand hotel Golf Tirrenia. Groceries: Conad, Penny, Carefour (Lucca), Eurospin. Restaurants: Flamingo (next door), Bella e Pronta, Zi Meo, Kisoro Sushi, Cliff restaurant. So plenty of everything around. Wonderful hosts, both Giullia and her daughter were very welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic (especially the home made tart) and Gragnola is a lovely, medieval village. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.
