We loved everything: the large and nicely decorated room, the comfortable bed, the balcony overlooking the small square, the cleanliness and good taste throughout the entire place. Valentina was a very kind and attentive host. Perfect location – close to the city center and the beach. Also, Nettuno is a picturesque town on the Tyrrhenian Sea – not very well known, but with a peaceful, typically Italian atmosphere, beautiful and clean beaches, medieval buildings, and old churches. We will definitely return to Nettuno, and of course, to Favola Guesthouse Affittacamere.

Nothing beats hanging out outside at the jacuzzi while enjoying a cold drink as well as the view with your friends or family. The daily cleaning service is on point and the staff is very nice and always available. We got exactly what we wanted and even more.

Die Lage war sehr schön und der Vermieter richtig nett. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht dort, aber die haben wir gut gewohnt.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic. It's a smaller apartment with 2 bedrooms, a very nice balcony, strong ac, and in a great location, supermarkets and a few restaurants within 5 minutes walking, as is the metro which takes you straight to Rome or to a station about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The apartment was super well stocked, had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. We spent time here as an emergency, my husband ended up in the hospital, and the owner was an absolute lifesaver. He gave us a ride from the hospital to the apartment, took us to the airport to pick up our bags, took us back to the hospital to visit and brought us back to the apartment. He brought all of our bags upstairs, and was so so pleasant to talk with and to be around. He was super responsive to any requests, and even took us to the airport after our stay. If you're looking for a cheap, wonderful apartment run by a truly good person, this is your place.

Clean and comfortable, and the hostess was very friendly, kind and helpful. The jacuzzi worked very well and was very clean. I'll definitely go there again!

Wunderschöner Garten, Terrasse und Pool. Zimmer schön und sauber. Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche junge Damen. Gärtner hat uns bei Ankunft mit Kaffee empfangen. Lage: etwas exponiert, keine Taxis erhältlich, man muss mit Fahrzeug in die Stadt fahren. Wirklich ein schöner Platz und eine angenehmer Stop auf unserer Motorradreise! Sehr empfehlenswert !
