The amazing view with the ability to enjoy the fresh crisp air. I loved the layout of our room, with the closet area built in between the bathroom and mattress but has a wall for privacy. The small towns are 5-10 min drive away. The TV was a good size and had a few English programs. The spa area was an excellent experience, enjoyed the tea. At first I thought the heat in the room kept turning on itself, but then I realized our room was directly above the heated pool and saunas. Heat rises 😅

The staff taking care of the breakfast was very friendly and provided a wonderful service. Same, very nice staff at the Bar and Reception. The Suite was big and very clean, confy bed.

Breakfasts and four course dinners were delicious, and we also liked the sauna world in the hotel. The bus stop for ski bus is close to the hotel, witch was very convenient.

On the 3rd floor, there is a garden complete with a hot tub, and the indoor gym includes a boulder for climbers. The spa includes a sauna and Turkish bath, both bookable at reception. Excellent location for exploring Garda north area. Paulo, the best ever attendant made the difference giving all needed assistance on his own lovely way of treating guests. Congratulations, from our 21 days traveling around Europe, 16 hotels, Paulo was the best attendant !
