A pivotal aspect was the availability of on-site parking, a convenience that cannot be overstated. Positioned just beyond the bustling streets of Assisi, yet still within a brief drive, the locale proved ideal for exploring the charming landscapes of Umbria.

This is the only place in Italy we would return to without hesitation. If I could give 20 out of 10, I would! It’s perfect. Don’t make the mistake of not staying here!

The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was very clean, the food was wonderful and the location was simply heavenly. If you're considering staying do it, a once in a lifetime experience.

The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was super cozy, and all the small details were extremely well thought. Cristina was an incredible host: warm, attentive, and kind. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of the stunning historic town, full of charm and character. It’s peaceful, authentic, and the perfect place to experience the local atmosphere.
