Breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the resort is warm and charming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway in Italy. We would love to come back again!

La Terrazza boasts a brand-new wellness centre, featuring Turkish bath, sauna, hydromassage, emotional showers, relax zone, solarium, massages and beauty treatments. Sessions in the wellness centre can be booked on site. It has the best pool on our travels to date. They let us check in really early. The room had an amazing view over the Umbria Valley. On the morning we left they let us start our breakfast 30 minutes early.

The units at the farm stay feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. All units are equipped with a private bathroom equipped with a bidet and slippers, while selected rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a fridge. We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming place—so much so that we spontaneously decided to extend our visit for an extra night! The hosts are exceptionally kind and attentive. They were always available, eager to help, and offered us fantastic recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. The location is perfect—just a short drive from Orvieto, not far from Rome, and conveniently close to the highway, which makes it a great base for exploring the area. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Just book it—you won’t regret it!

The apartment was very clean and with good furniture and a super comfy bed. The garden outside is well kept and has a superb view on the hills, you can see the Marmore waterfalls as well! Cristina was an incredible host: warm, attentive, and kind. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of the stunning historic town, full of charm and character. It’s peaceful, authentic, and the perfect place to experience the local atmosphere.
