Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, was fuer sich selbst spricht. Wir mögen besonders den Pool auf dem Hoteldach mit toller Sicht über die Landschaft; ausserdem die Lage direkt am Eingang zum historischen Petra und gegenüber der Bushaltestelle, wo die Jett Busse halten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis stimmt.

Nur 100 m vom Stadttor entfernt begrüßt Sie dieses Hotel in Petra mit geräumigen Zimmern mit einem Flachbild-TV. Darüber hinaus erwartet Sie ein Dachgarten mit einem saisonal geöffneten Außenpool. Really nice hotel 50m from the entrance of Petra. Hotel quality and service of the staff is according to 4 stars rating. Really good breakfast and dinner buffet and friendly staff. Recommended.

Die mega freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die immer bereit waren unsere Fragen zu beantworten und die sofortige Erledigung. Alles war top. Das Hotel war sehr schön und hat einen sehr guten Blick. In der Nähe der in Wadi Musa gelegenen Unterkunft Asad Apt. Befinden sich Petra und College of Archaeology, Tourism and Hotel Management.. We had a wonderful time at Asad Apartment! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and modern, and we slept very soundly after two days of hiking. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Petra. The location is awesome– we had a rental car so the Petra visitors center less than 5 minutes away driving but it’s a little over 1 km walking. The breakfast on the rooftop is very nice, but the breakfast to go was the perfect option for us. On the day that we planned to wake up at 6 AM to hike in Petra, we were provided our breakfast in a bag to takeaway so that we could eat it in Petra. We were given so much food it was more than enough for breakfast and lunch. I can’t recommend this option enough. We are especially thankful to Otaiba for making our stay and our visit to Petra so incredible. He recommended the perfect routes for us to take during our two days in Petra as well as information about the shuttles and Petra by night. Because of him we were able to avoid the hike up to the Monastery by taking the back route and visiting little Petra! Otaiba gave us great recommendations for restaurants and a beautiful spot to view the sunset above the town. He was extremely communicative and available to help with everything at any time. Thank you so much again for making our trip so enjoyable.

The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!
