Each has air conditioning and a private bathroom. the staff was very welcoming. We parked our car in a private parking lot and delivered our luggage to the room. They offered anise tea and biscuits while they were checking us in. The staff is ready to give the last shirt. In fact, we went to a late-night show in Petra and were worried that it would be cold. The receptionist gave us his jacket to keep us warm. Gifts were waiting for us in the room - fruits, cosmetics and a free minibar.

The host was perfect: he was very welcoming and he suggested us the best way to visit Petra in 1.5 days and gave us good tips for restaurants. We had the option to have the lunch box instead of breakfast and it was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was ok. We could use the washing machine and drying rack for free.

The peaceful atmosphere, clean facilities, and friendly staff made it unforgettable. I would definitely come back!

The room with the mountain view is amazing - sunset from this place was maybe the most beautiful we've seen in Jordan.. There is a rooftop restaurant where people fight to take places next to window, while you can get it just for yourself, sitting in comfortable chair. very tasty breakfast. But this is not the best in this hotel. The lady supervisor is the nicest, the most organized person I've met in any hotel. Whatever we needed, one word and she took care of it. Confidence, control and positive energy. She could easily be head of any hotel in the world. Great stay, fully recommend

The property is within 1.9 km of Petra and 2 km of Petra Visitor Centre. The property is non-smoking throughout and is located 3.5 km from Al Khazneh The Treasury. Customer service was exceptional. A special mention to the Chef for going above and beyond to support my dietary requirements (he asked my partner what I liked and then surprised me with wonderful food both at breakfast and dinner). The rooms are full of character. The facilities are really good. It was the best place we stayed in Jordan. Petra is 10 minutes drive away but easy to get to and park and to get back from.
