The house is spacious and beautiful. Every need was addressed, they even left us a fresh apple juice in the fridge and a welcome note. Rooms were huge and the beds were really comfortable. The kids enjoyed playing with the toys 🧸 and to jump on the small trampoline outside.

Overall Scenery: We greatly enjoyed the view of the villas. Mount Asama was majestic, and the sunrises and sunsets were stunningly beautiful. At night, the lighting was fantastic, especially the area lit up to resemble dandelions near the Sky Spa. Cuisine: The staff were very professional, so the meals were ready while we were chatting. The complimentary drinks were all delicious, and the quality of the meat and vegetables was top-notch. The ravioli and sausages for breakfast were also exquisite. Lounge: We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the interior and the art displayed. The books and photographs provided great conversation starters, and the alcohol flowed, making for a delightful time. Sky Spa: The atmosphere of the open-air jacuzzi was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view.

The garden was beautiful and extremely well maintained. The room was comfy, and the outside hot spring was well presented. The food was very nice and they accommodated our specific dietary requirements. Dogs were very friendly and I enjoyed brushing them. Overall, very nice accommodation!!

Dieser Ryokan – bequem gelegen im Bezirk Ikaho Onsen – befindet sich 46 km von Themenpark Usui-tōge Tetsudō Bunkamura, 800 m von Ishidan-gai Steps und 400 m von Ikaho Ropeway entfernt. I loved the place. I have never stayed in a hotel that I would have loved more. It was my first experience with hot springs and I enjoyed them a lot. Why not a full smile for bed: my arthritis and futon were not the best friends, haha! But that was not hotel's fault. But I managed well enough. And I have never had a more beautiful view from a hotel window.

Staff was wonderful, food was great, the onsen was welcomed, and the room provided an authentic Japanese experience. It was nice to be so close to the train station and I’ll never forget when the manager sat down and played the piano while we ate dinner.

I spent one night at this ryokan. It was my first time but the owner made me feel comfortable and walked me through everything. It far exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff accommodated my dietary needs and made an amazing dinner and breakfast. I enjoyed talking to the owner, who speaks English and was very witty and helpful with recommendations both in and out of the area. The location is only a few minutes’ walk to the main attractions in the town. Wonderful experience and I hope to be back one day!
