Everything was very clean and comfortable but the best thing about Air Furano was the couple who run it, Gareth and Rikka. They couldn’t be better hosts and made our stay special. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best meals of our trip.

The house is beautifully designed, our room was very comfortable and VERY clean, and we enjoyed the heated toilet seat :) The bed was so comfortable, we had the best sleep since arriving in Hokkaido. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no elevator, but this no problem at all. The owner helps to carry the luggage up and down. The location is amazing, beautifully view out of the windows, with no buildings in front. It is a bit out of town, and to have a car is helpful. But they also offer a pick up service. If we will come back to this region we will definitely book again. Thanks for a great stay.

Having a chromecast and a Bose speaker is a nice add! The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is quite quiet during off season, which is quite relaxing, perfect for us. The breakfast is amazing, with an impressive variety of products available. The sushi restaurant is epic. The spa is really nice as well. Epic experience.

They all spoke English and were nice enough to put two single beds together to make a king bed. Our meals were also nicely prepared and healthy , with a wide variety of ingredients. The scenery was beautiful and it was fine for us to do nothing and just stay in the hotel, watching it snow and sipping tea. The snack bar was a treat with local snacks! We will definitely be back. It was a nice retreat after a few days at the slopes and a very unforgettable experience.
