Das Hakone Suimeiso liegt 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Hakone Yumoto und 15 Gehminuten vom Tempel Sounji entfernt. We loved the staff, kanna made our trip such an amazing memory and we wish her the best as she has been an absolute delight ! We recommend you also take the option to have breakfast and diner included as the experience is very pleasant. Hopefully we can come back soon, in the meanwhile take care Kanna !

Great stay! Loved the design of our room and having 2 separate beds allowed us to rest and recharge. Sadly we had only 1 onsen on the balcony, so we took turns with my husband. There was a cd player with several Jazz collections. Restaurant food was delicious and the staff made sure to explain the menu and answer all the questions we had. Most of the time they’d use the portable translators. Hot springs/ spa area was rotated every morning, so we got to experience both bath areas. My favorite treat was the vinegar drink after the baths.

Staying in Yupoppo is such an amazing experience. The owner is really lovely, kind and friendly, the day that we left, it was raining so he offer to drive us to bus station. We love the welcome cake and the breakfast is simple but so yummy with fresh homemade bread and jam. We also love the traditional room. Definitely will come back for next trip. Thank you so much for making our trip perfectly.

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. The room and view was spectacular. Truly 5 star. The gym was very well equipped and open 24 hours…even Chris Bumsted (Mr Olympia) would have been happy. The spa facilities were excellent.

Die Unterkunft SAKE Kura Hotel 川崎宿, die in Kawasaki, 5,3 km von Omori Hachiman Shrine entfernt gelegen ist, bietet klimatisierte Zimmer und eine Bar. We stayed four nights and used it as a base to get to Tokyo, Yokohama and Kamakura from there. The room was a lot bigger than the typical Japanese hotel rooms. There are no windows, so it's always dark in the room, which is OK for when you get back and just want to go to sleep. A bit odd not knowing if the sun is up in the morning through. The bathroom was huge! And the bath was also a jacuzzi. Nice and quiet area of Kawasaki that is not too far from the train station (both for JR as well as the train from Haneda). We arrived early at Haneda (landed 5.30am). We got to the hotel by 8.30am, and Sou who welcomed us there was happy to store our luggage (check-in as usual for most hotels in Japan is 3pm). We went straight to Tokyo and got back at 8.30pm. At that stage the luggage was in our room, and we could help ourselves to the Oden and Sake. The breakfast was simple, two onigiri, a bowl of miso, coffee, juice AND sake available too. There's a laundromat just across the road. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. It's nice staying in Kawasaki, away from the busy Tokyo.

Set in Hakone’s natural beauty, Gora Kadan is located a 5-minute walk from Gora Station on the Hakone Tozan Line. Guests can leisurely soak in the hot spring bath, relax with a massage treatment. We had an awesome time celebrating our 5 years wedding anniversary. The hotel gave us an upgrade to an Annex suite "Zangetsu" which was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, with incredible views and very well taken care of infrastructure. The food was great. If you are looking for a 5 stars real Japanese experience, this is the place to be. Special mention to Kenji who made sure that our stay was as good as it could be. Kenji, you are a very kind guy.
