Gora Onsen, Hakone
The 24-hour front desk provides free luggage storage. Guests can enjoy the shared lounge, shops, on-site gardens and terrace. There is also a spa lounge and sauna available for guests. There is an on-site drinks vending machine. This has to be one of the greatest experiences I've ever had in a resort or hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are super spacious and clean. The tubs on the balcony are lovely, the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and super impressive, catering to both Japanese and Western cuisine with the most incredible wide selection I've seen. Dinner was absolutely fantastic, with both the courses and the seafood buffet being exceptional. Among all the hotels I've stayed at, this place has the friendliest staff, catering to your every need. They offer a free shuttle bus to Gora Station as well as free ice cream from the vending machines. They have two onsen: one with an infinity pool and a fantastic view, and a garden one with a beautiful waterfall. I cannot recommend this place enough; we had the most fantastic stay ever.

I can say only one word fabulous. We were with our 10 month old baby and before check in I informed them. And they arranged everything for him from onsen to the dining room. It's a family business and boutique hotel. Only 3-4 rooms and a quiet place. Onsen was private and you can use it 2 times a day with a reservation namely there are no women or men onsens you can enter with your family which was very good. Some details we were very delighted about like a personalised dinner with a list, yakuta wears for the whole family even my baby or the place designed on trains which I loved very much...etc The toilet was an ordinary technological one. The location is also good for us. We came by taxi and when we were rooming around we used a bus to the lake. Also I would like to mention they have home made yuzu(Japanese orange)wine and plum wine. Owner was very kind and polite. Definitely a recommended place. Thanks for everything.

A very spacious villa with stunning view of the beach. We have enjoyed sunset in the living room. Kitchen and bathroom are excellent. Located in a quiet neighborhood. We have had happy and relaxing time here.
The studio apartment is great. Very spacious, with car park space available. Toilet equipped with jacuzzi. Bath salts are available at reception area. A little kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and 2 refrigerators. Make simple meals after getting grocery from nearby convenient store.
Private spa. Room view overlooks other hotels in the area (very good view of the mountain). Quite tranquil place. There is also a public bath (didn't try). Definite recommendation for a romantic date. Good service.
It was my last day of the Japan holiday, ready to fly back home. The hotel offers a hot bath, perfect for end of very busy holiday, to be relax and soak in the hot bath. Also the morning buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties food. The hotel is spacious and room is big size, comfortable.
The buffet for dinner was delicious and very representative for the Japan cuisn. The organization of all the guests for eating dinner made good space for every guests during the diner time. The breakfast was as good as the diner. We had hot spring jacuzzi on the balcony of our hotel room. That makes our stay even better. The surroundings close to the hotel was nice, and the view from the footbath area was excellent.
Absolutely stunning property with spacious rooms, relaxing view on bamboo groves and onset bath in the room. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, and if you have a chance to book teppanyaki then do it - it is so worth it! The staff was also the nicest we met during our travels in Japan, very nice but not overbearing. A 5-star experience! I was initially unsure about having the sink in the room but it is spacious and zoned enough to not bother.
Very well equipped with everything we needed and more! Lovely public bath to relax in after a day of travel. A very convenient airport shuttle to get us to our morning flight with plenty of time to spare!
There's a surround system for audio with Bluetooth, a bubble bath/jacuzzi feature in your tub, food service till the wee hours of the morning. Very spacious especially if you chose the deluxe room, and it's relatively cheap.
